Stayed there about 11 years. Great place, close to everything, plenty of amenities, very few children, grumpy manager. Great get away.

Stayed Oct. 2008 through May 2009. Love the park, staff is super helpful and friendly. All the people in the park are super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities planned in the winter for the snowbirds. Reasonable rates and super clean.

We are currently staying at Magnolia Beach Campground. It is a great place. The manager has been very kind and helpful. He gave me some ant killer to keep the ants off of my hoses and out of my RV. He has offered other things if I might need them and I have not found him to be grumpy at all. The rates are the best I found in this area. The park is very pretty with lots of shade trees. We are planning to stay a month and if ever in this area again Magnolia Beach would be our first choice.

We stayed there in the park 6 month winter months, for 10 yrars, love it, and also the staff, They have rules ... that is what makes a good park, yes they are strict, We had dogs we just followed their rules. Just wish we were able, health wise to still enjoy that Park and staff.

This park has done a complete 180 with new management. Will stay again. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Nice and clean park where everyone INCLUDING staff is very friendly and helpful!

Great location right off of the Hwy 75. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed ourselves very much. Lots of activities scheduled daily, friendly staff and campers. Very nice, quiet campground. There is a mixture of age groups. There is an Olympic size pool. They also sell propane. There are few ponds with ducks. Lots of shade due to oak, pine and Magnolia trees. Larger sites and lots of grassy patches. The place is close to all shopping. The park also has a store. We looked at their website and chose to stay here. We are very happy. We plan to return for a long term stay. We camped here in a Motor home.
