Directions : I-40 eastbound from Asheville: Take the exit number 85 (US 221) - toward MARION/ RUTHERFORDTON. Turn right onto 221. Turn right onto US64/Alt 74 towards Lake Lure. Follow US 64/74-A right. Look for Scoggins Steakhouse on right and Animal Hospital on left about 1 mile after Steakhouse turn left onto Coopers Gap Rd. (3.2 Miles). Turn right onto Lazy Creek Dr.

What a great campground. It is well maintained, clean and great for dogs and their masters. The hosts are so freindly and and their special events are super to. Plan to return several times next year.
