Description : Explorers Lewis and Clark portaged the great falls of the Missouri River here as they trekked west. They might never have left if they could have camped at the Great Falls KOA, a lush oasis of trees, flowers and vegetable gardens. Hedges provide privacy for campsites. There isn't a waterpark like ours anywhere in the KOA system, with five slides, interactive spray elements and shady spots to picnic.

We arrived on Friday without a reservation, BUT we were pulled into an adjacent lot and provided with electricity and water for the night. On Saturday we were moved to a great site with a yard large enough for a 10x10 screen house and an excercise pen for our 4 dogs. Being full timers, we have a 41' RV w/5 slides, a pick-up with a slide in camper,a pop-up and a car. We were given an xtra site across the road for my truck and popup at no charge. The manager has really made himself available to meet our every need. The entire staff here at Great Falls KOA is courteous and very helpful. We will recommend this park to our friends, and we will camp here again if were back in Montana.
