Description : Nestled on the banks of the Mactaquac Lake, part of the beautiful Saint John river, directly across from the town of Nackawic and the "Worlds LARGEST AXE", New Brunswick's newest Recreational vehicle and tenting park is now open. Although the site is located in a quiet secluded area, it is only minutes from the TransCanada Highway and everything you might need. Town shopping center provides groceries, banks, NBLC store, post office, and pizza within five minutes (two minutes by boat). Corner store, restaurants and gas two minutes away, yet invisible from the site. Even a golf course within five minutes! Large fully serviced lots with flat graded compressed gravel pads for any size vehicle and level soft tent sites for however you travel. Enjoy fantastic water views and waterfront beach access in a protected cove. Docking facilities available for your boat which you will need to take advantage of the great fishing or cruising provided by over 60 miles of waterways.

Directions : Use exit 231 to Nackawic from Highway 2 Five minutes from the TransCanada highway go( 7 kms) on route 105 easy access direct drive with no turns except the site) 35 to 45 minutes from Fredericton via trans Canada 30 minutes to Woodstock 45 minutes to Houlton Me Continue past the Irving gas on your right , across the bridge, pass Wilson's gas and Donnies restaurant on the left. Just one more kilometer (aproximately 1/2 mile) on your right is the entrance. Look for the lighthouse.

The park is soon to open and you will not be disappointed. I live just .4 km away and the view and wildlife are magnificent. You will love you stay here. I have lived in this area from birth and have seen many changes over the years. Cannot wait for this new place to be up and running. Good luck to our new neighbors and business!
