| I want to say that I love camping and have been several times. This place we picked on a last minute trip. I had a horrible time. We were the only site that did not have a fire ring, so no way to cook our food. The neighbor in the next site had 6 tents in one site and they took our electricity. It was 4th of July so there were kids blowing off fireworks til 3 AM in front of our tent. We had a waterfront view, which mind you looked like a swamp. The bathrooms were horrible. They have one stall and a shower in there so if you have to go to the bathroom, you have to wait for the person to take a 40 minute shower. People were loud and up all night. The owners did not inforce any late night rules which they have in their rules that quiet time begins at 10:30. We ended up leaving at 12:30 AM and driving back to Houston. |
