Follow 295 to exit 28 (formerly exit 22) Bath-Brunswick Coastal Route 1. This exit will place you on Pleasant Street in Brunswick, stay in the left lane to follow Route 1. Follow Route 1 into Bath, take second Bath exit (just after Bert's Exxon) for Route 209 & Phippsburg
Turn right onto Route 209 and follow for about 3 miles until you see Winnegance General Store on your right. Take a right at the General Store and follow for another 3 miles, Meadowbrook is located on the right.
