One of my favorite campgrounds! We have stayed many times. Just love to watch the big boats slide by at night...very calming!

You will only need to visit this camp ground one time to become hooked. There is something for everyone in the family to do all day. Our children love this place and talk about it all winter long. I have been going here for approx 25 years, and now bring my children. We would rather go here then anywhere else. The rates are cheap and the amenities are huge. Best campground in Michigan!!

A quite beautiful, shaded campground situated atop a 'rollway' hill used for lumbering at the turn of the century. 23 sites, rustic (no electricity, vault toilets + hand pump water). USFS is probably going to close the campground due to "low use" and turn it into a disk golf course (15 miles from nearest population center???) Your tax dollars at work. We have camped there at least once a year for 15 years.

We have stayed at Driftwood Shores many many times over the last 12 years...really enjoyed ourselves the rest room and showers are a very clean, also the laundry room..I would not hesitate to recommened them to anyone

We have stayed at Drifwood Shores campground several times over the past 14 years. We have always found a very clean, well kept faciliy having a lot of amenitiest to offer. The Mallory's are very nice friendly people that alway's welcome you with a smile. And If your are a patron of good trust, etc. you can expect an invite back along with a nice card during the holiday season. I highly reccomend Drift Wood Shores resort for your U.P. vacation. Wonderful place!! We look forward to camping every Labor Day here. The lake is beautiful and there is plenty to do. The campground is peaceful, clean, and everyone is very friendly!!

It is a beautiful and extremely clean Campground and the owners are more than willing to see that you have a wonderful time. We enjoyed our stay and will again return to Germfask again and to Big Cedar Campground as our starting point.
