I was extremely disappointed in the "sizes and privacy" of each individual site. There is none. If you like camping practically right next to the street then this is the campground to use. They say that they are Canadian Accommodation approved. It felt like a joke to read that kind of statement! Unless just because a place offers a place to stay and than automatically gets Canada approved accommodation stamp on it. The water is not drinkable! There is sewer only in 3 sites! Rest have to have the sewer pumped up. The Web site says for nominal charge! When we got there the charge for the pumping out the sewer was 30 dollars each. The pump truck comes only 3 times @ week. Now if you still want to camp like a sardine in the can and think you can handle it, be careful, because they will insist on keeping 70 dollars deposit if you decide upon arrival that you just can't after all handle it. They have ton of sites! It is so overcrowded it is unreal. I can't express enough how disappointed I was. I will never go there unless I have become senile and don't know what I am doing.

I went to the Cabana Beach campground with my family and was throughly disgusted by its amenities. WE were charged $16.00 a day per visitor and were told " our kind were not welcome"(prejudism?)after askin for a weekly visitor rate. Our visitors were banned from the camground and their beach. We decided after only 2 nights to stay in a hotel, where management were 100% more appreciative and respectful. Also gates closed at cabana beach at 10 pm so if you go out , there's no getting back in. WE paid for 1 week of a cabin - and spent 2 nights Very dirty facilities, 1 full dumpster, rude management, uncomfortable dirty beds, and no space for a gazebo and barely space for a mini van. We have friends in Osoyoos who own bed and breakfasts and resorts all around the area and we all are definitely spreading the word about this unfriendly rude campground. The only person out of the staff who showed any friendlyness was a gentelmen- the brownhaired older lady was rude as can be. worst trip Thanks for ruining my trip- after travelling across Canada, and US and Dominican, UK- Cabana Beach rates by far the worst proffesionalism in the travel tourism industry that I have ever come across.....
