| As of this writing this reviewer is presently in the park being reviewed in this space. I had come here 1 June in order to escape the AZ desert heat for a few months, but have only been here 11 days and find the manager intolerable so I will be pulling out well before my first month is up. Doing this will cause me to waste half of the $650.00 monthly rent, and all of the $250.00 security deposit required at check in. That should give you some idea of what it's like to deal with the mgmt. on a daily basis. There is no reason to provide any details about the cleanliness, amenities, permanent residents or anything else for that matter as nothing else matters when you have to interract with the inflexibility, demeanor, and personality of the *censored* that runs this place. Do YOURSELF a BIG favor, and pass by this place regardless of any other considerations. |
