We called for reservation and put up a $25 deposit and upon arrival the next day, we were told a pull-thru was not available as promised. We have stayed at Lagoons for several years and have never had any trouble before. It's September and the manager, Shirley will not refund our deposit. Basically, her attitude is "tough". What a shame - it's a great park - just not customer friendly to us.
