My friend, my dog and I had a really great time at Shamrock. It was very neat, the bathrooms/showers were cleaned several times a day. The campsites were great, staff very friendly and efficient. If you are a fisherman, this is a great place to camp. BUT if you just want to camp and enjoy the area and the river, it is really a great place to stay. Close to stores, restaurants, Andrews Univ., the St. Joseph river, Lake Michigan. Can't wait to go back. PS My dog had a great time also! Never saw a dog that wasn't on leash. Very safe for everyone.
