We have now spent four different weekends at Keivers Lake throughout July, August and September and have enjoyed the experiences each time. It is a clean campsite, nice bathrooms and showers and lots of fire wood provided. There were teenagers this past weekend and they were very well behaved and respectful of those around them. We will be back again next camping season.

My family and I have been going to Keiver's Lake Campground for the past 10 years, and it is a beautiful campground where I feel very safe and welcomed. There is a beautiful playground which you can see from almost any campsite, free firewood, and free showers. Yes, there is no power, but you camp to leave your home at home. The campground caretakers are very helpful, there is hardly any noise after 11pm, and it is NOT a PARTY campground. I enjoy going there and will continue to take my family to a wonderful campground!

We found the spot very quiet, peaceful and very clean, including washrooms/showers. We stayed the Aug 1 long weekend had a very pleasant stay. Its hard to see how the other reviewer had problems with teenagers.... Mostly seniors during our stay. Wish there was a sandy beach though, otherwise great place to stay ) Very helpful staff.

Obviously Maureen hid the horseshoes up her "you know what" because this is a wonderfully cheap campground. It's the perfect place if you don't want to spend a lot of money. It has FREE washrooms and FREE showers not to mention FREE firewood. Paying only ~$10 is a great deal! Especially with all the extra things they have on site. (Baseball diamonds, football field etc..) Maureen is just nit-picking at this wonderful place.

First, there is no power, second, only honest people keep their dog on a leash......horseshoes are shut down, toilets frequently out of toilet paper, showers regularly out of hot water.....and party, party, party.....the new party spot for teen agers.
