| Location indeed is nice – but stay out of their if your schedule is not fixed in concrete. We rented a cottage which was ok – not as big as the pictures on the web made it look like but nice enough. Comparing to hotel rates in the area somewhat overpriced. However, we had our three month old son with us and he didn’t do well, hence we wanted to leave after two instead the four nights reserved. The owner insisted on their zero refund policy which was not mentioned with the confirmation email and only at the time of checkin (where your credit card is charged for the full stay). So much for family friendly. They seem to be in desperate need for money and take it out on those that find themself in need to change their plans – policy or not, if you prefer to support owners that are willing to make exceptions where reasonable stay away from that site. |
