Very dusty and no shelter, bathrooms are unfinished, picnic tables haven't been painted for years and will give you slivers. Owners are extremely unfriendly and have posted rules everywhere. The rules are full of caps and tons of exclamation points along with notices that you'll be kicked out without a refund for breaking them. They'll watch you the entire time you're there, and if you don't break any rules, they'll make up new ones just so they can yell at you. The husband, Floyd, made a 9 year old cry by yelling at him for "skidding in his gravel road" with his bicycle and threatened to kick us out for it. This is a road that hasn't been redone in years and is just dirt with a little gravel on it. You really need to yell at people for riding bikes in it? I'm sure there's a new rule banning bikes posted somewhere. Avoid this overpriced kid hating dust bowl and stay somewhere better. We paid for 2 nights, but only stayed one because it's so bad.
